According to a report from Eater, the kitchens of Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium are preparing to feed attendees of the 2026 Miami Open tennis tournament. The stadium’s commissary kitchen is divided into cold and hot fare sections, with sliders being the highest-volume dish prepared. Outside on the campus, stands representing Miami restaurants and chefs are also preparing, including Miami Slice, which aims to make up to 7,000 slices per day with a dedicated dough room for on-site pies. Cafe La Trova, an iconic Cuban restaurant recreated at the stadium to resemble its Little Havana location, serves fresh ceviche and Cubanos during the event. The report notes that over 150 chefs are involved in the preparation for the event.
