Marty Sullivan, wine director of Layla at MacArthur Place, described rosé as the embodiment of summer in a glass, noting its thirst-quenching qualities with flavors of watermelon, strawberries, and nectarines. Sommelier Adam Hopkins recommended Demetria’s 100 percent Grenache Rosé as fresh and endlessly drinkable, while Roblar’s rosé, made with Syrah, Grenache, and Petite Syrah, offers fresh berry notes.
