Jedify raises $24M to build context graphs for enterprise AI agents
New York-based startup Jedify has raised $24 million in a Series A funding round led by Norwest, TechCrunch exclusively learned. The company’s platform connects to enterprise knowledge sources via APIs to build a “context graph” about a business that AI agents can use to work better. Sources include databases, data warehouses, SaaS apps, BI tools, and unstructured sources like reports, documentation, code bases, Slack channels, and meeting recordings. Co-founder and CEO Assaf Henkin said the platform helps AI agents narrow their attention to relevant information rather than searching across everything a company has. The round included participation from returning backers S Capital VC and Cerca Partners, new investor Oceans Ventures, and strategic investor Snowflake. Snowflake is integrating Jedify’s technology with its AI products, including Cortex AI, Semantic Views, and CoWork. Jedify is targeting mid-market and large enterprise customers with mature data stacks and has between 10 and 20 early customers, including The Weather Company.
