On the stadium campus, stands representing Miami restaurants and chefs are also preparing, including Miami Slice, which aims to make up to 7,000 slices per day. Cafe La Trova, an iconic Cuban restaurant, has been recreated at the stadium to resemble its Little Havana location, serving fresh ceviche and Cubanos. The report notes that over 150 chefs are involved in the preparation for the event.
