A sequel to the 1997 cult classic film “Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion” is now in production, with Mira Sorvino and Lisa Kudrow reprising their lead roles. The new movie is being directed by Tim Federle and written by Robin Schiff, who also wrote the original film. The 20th Century Studios project will stream exclusively as a Hulu Original in the United States and will be available on Disney+ internationally. Several original cast members are returning alongside a group of new actors whose roles have not been disclosed.
